Albert Malukisa

Albert Malukisa Nkuku Jolino has headed Ebuteli's governance pillar since 2022. He is Dean of the Faculty of Political Science at the Catholic University of Congo (UCC) and a research associate at the University of Antwerp (UA), where he obtained his PhD in Development Studies.

After completing his Postdoc in Governance at the AU's Institute for Development Policy (IOB), he joined the Congo Study Group (CSG) in 2018, serving as Senior Researcher in Political Economy of the DRC.
