Pascal Materanya Bakulikira

Pascal Materanya Bakulikira is senior administration and finance assistant at Ebuteli, based in Kinshasa. He has twelve years' experience in administration and accounting, and has worked for Human Rights Watch and Trust Merchant Bank, among others.
