Jacques Mukena

Jacques Mukena is a consultant with Ebuteli's “governance” pillar, where he analyzes and evaluates the performance of institutions, public policies, public finances and the impact of government decisions on Congolese society. He worked for seven years at the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and the oil company COBIL S.A. He was also a doctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp and a strategic analyst at the Hague Center for Strategic Studies in the Netherlands.

Jacques holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Kent (UK), a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Leiden (Netherlands), a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics (China) and a Diploma in Strategy and Defense from the Collège de Hautes Études de Stratégie et Défense (RDC).
